What gluten-free grains are you eating? There are quite a few options in the stores these days: quinoa, corn, buckwheat (which is not wheat), rice, millet, amaranth, teff. I think the EFI diet is doable if you just sub the gluten-free grains for the wheat-based products. What are you eating these days, what's a typical day for you?
