yes, it was just a little uncomfortable for me at first, not really painful- i would just keep at it increasing SLOWLY, maybe you will need to adjust for a while, but if it's really making you sensitive i would increase 1/2 tsp just once a week and see how it goes. it was pretty crazy, i just started gradually getting better and then one morning, after about 6-7 weeks, i felt 1000 times better and have been feeling like that ever since. it is not a QUICK fix, but in my opinion, the acacia works really well. good luck! hope this helps!
