For me, it helped a tiny bit and then caused me to bloat and get a bit gassy. I have had MUCH more success with the acacia tummy fiber, which is fabulous!!!!!!! I stopped for a while and then the bloat started coming back (BAD), so now i am back on a regular schedule of 2T a day after 6 weeks of adjusting the dose. so worth it!! i'm using it for life. you might wanna try it. -------------------- stable IBS-A Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
