Hi!
I'm new on this forum It feels good to find a forum with people who think and feel like me!
I got diagnosed with IBS 1,5 years ago and after that I had a look at my lifestyle and what I was eating and drinking. After changing my diet and eating 5-6 times a day I started losing weight. The biggest change I think was excluding milk and cream and not having creamy pastas and coke for lunch anymore.
Losing weight probably seems like a good thing for many people but for me it's not as good as I'm already very petite.
I have always liked my body and liked being tiny but lately some of my friends and family has started to react to that I look too skinny. Which is not alot of fun to hear, especially since I haven't changed my diet to lose weight but to get well from cramps and bloating. People are not very understanding to this.
I was wondering if more people than me has been experienced the same thing? Did you too lose weight when changing your diet to more stomach-friendly food and eating more often?
I'm standing still weight-wise now, have done so for almost a year and I'm always hungry, eating very varied food, very often. I still have female shapes, no ribs showing or anything but apparently to some people I look too thin. But what can I do about it? I haven't been this well in my stomach for years...
Kind regards, Asa
