Carnation Instant Breakfast Lactose Free       08/11/10 09:59 PM Edit Reply Quote MidwestIBS777 Reged: 07/11/06 Posts: 7 I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with the Carnation Instant Breakfast Lactose Free drinks? I remember that I had some serious problems with the Instant Breakfast Drinks because of the dairy, but I wanted to see if anyone has tried the lactose free brands. I am wary of the fat content and some of the other ingredients. Other than that, I have read that Rice Protein works pretty well for protein shakes. Any thoughts? Thanks.
