Welcome to the board,

I have troubles with veggies too. Many individuals with IBS-D do. A veggie that has never failed me is peeled boiled carrots.

Unfortunately, the only way to figure out if you can handle a particular veggie is to give it a try. However, it might be wise to choose veggies you can peel to remove the high IF skin and cook until very tender. I definitely could eat spinach, asparagus, green beans or peas. I can eat small amount of yam when the skin is removed and they are well cooked. However, I notice I have to take off more of the skin than one might think one needs to because the IF layer seems to penetrate quite deep.
