Once in a while a product will voluntarily list how much of their fiber is IF or SF, but since it isn't required few do that. So you have to check fiber charts online. Hopefully you can find some links or someone here can direct you to some charts. They aren't always perfectly reliable so, like the weather report, it is best to compare several.
