Maca and Roasted Maca: a nourishing, yellow colored root vegetable from the Andes mountains in Peru, it is ground into a powder and can be used as a partial flour substitute. It has a malt taste and can blend well with raw cocoa powder.
Hazelnut meal and Almond meal as a flour substitute
Agar Agar flakes: act like gelatin; a clear looking tasteless seaweed.
Ive never had seaweed but I'm assuming it's all insoluble fiber right?
