Yes, I've read through his site, and seen his numerous argumentative posts on other IBS internet message boards. Some of what he says is common sense (avoid dairy, find out if you have a gluten intolerance, probiotics can be helpful). Much of what he says is not (IBS is bacterial in nature, he guarantees he has cured - permanently cured - every IBS patient he's ever seen). I'm not sure that what he proposes is particularly harmful, but neither do I believe that taking his supplements and talking to him on the phone will cure a gut motility disorder that is pretty well-established to stem from the enteric nervous system, and the way that system interacts with the brain. There's nothing bacterial in nature about this dysfunction, and there's no way to cure a nervous system disorder through probiotics and such.
That's my two cents.
