almost less than what's in a cup of decaf coffee. Unless you are hypersensitive to caffeine I'd guess this tea should be fine.

There's a good list of caffeine contents in beverages here http://wilstar.com/caffeine.htm that makes for an interesting comparison.

I actually love a Belian chocolate flavored rooibos tea that has cocoa hulls in it, and probably a tiny amount of caffeine as a result. I've never had any problems from it, not IBS or sleeplessness or anything else.
