The Master Cleanse (Lemonade diet) & IBS       03/08/10 10:03 AM Edit Reply Quote Magdeline28 Reged: 07/22/08 Posts: 2 Loc: Santa Monica, California My Boyfriend (who does not have IBS) is going to be starting the "Master Cleanse" detox this week, and I've been considering doing it with him. He did it about 9 months ago & felt great afterwards (they recommend a minimum of 10 days). I was hesitant because of my IBS (D), but am now thinking it might be good for IBS to cleanse my system. Has anyone tried it with IBS? Are there other cleanses that may be better for people with IBS?
