Thanks Syl,
So, when you eat oatmeal in the morning, do you just have your oatmeal and a 1/2banana or do you need more soluble fiber. Usually I have farina but I am trying to cut back a little on the wheat. I tried having a tiny bit of oatmeal and it seems to be fine but Im just nervous about having more because of the insoluble fiber.
SO basically whole grain rice flour is like brown rice? I cannot eat plain brown rice.
How do you do with corn flour? I found english muffins. Everything looks safe except not sure about corn flour?
THis may be a stupid question but do you find that the wheat in pastas, breads, tortillas is different. Like one is better to have over the other. Basically pasta is all wheat so I was wondering if this may be worse than some breads that have other indgredients also? The problem with too much wheat is the fructans right? Do you think this would affect more the large intestine rather than fructose that would affect more of the small intestine. If I eat excess fructose foods the pain occurs pretty soon after eating, but too much wheat seems to affect me the next day or later on in the day.
Sorry for all the questions, I got a million!! Thanks for your help:)
