Sockeye Salmon Chowder Recipe: (serves four)

1/4 pound Alaskan wild caught sockeye salmon, fresh or thawed frozen and skinned and cubed into bite-sized pieces
2 large Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced
About 1 1/2 cups light cream
2 scallions
1 small onion
1 stalk celery
Fresh or freeze dried dill
1 bay leaf
1 slice of salt pork
Salt and pepper

Can I used canned if I don't find frozen??
ok obviously leave out Pork
for light creme half silk origional creamer and half soy milk?

think I'll only use 1/4 cup onion and sub. more celery.

Microwave Salmon Pie


Ingredients:
•9" pastry shell
•1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
•1 onion, finely chopped
•2 tsp. juice from salmon
•15 oz. can red salmon, drained
•3 eggs
•2/3 cup milk
•2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
•1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
•1 cup grated Havarti cheese
•dash cayenne pepper
•1/4 tsp. salt

6 egg whies,soy cheese,like half or 1/4 cup? I can get soy,rice or almond milk,which one is best for this? pastry crust??
