Organic Spelt flour, water, org evap cane juice and or cane sugar, molasses, yeast, salt, concentrated raisin juice, distilled vinegar, enzymes ,soy flour.
Although I seem to tolerate some soy oil and lechitin, I cannot have soy milk or yogurt. What do you think about the soy flour then? Also the raisin juice should be ok right?
