Yes protein powders may not be super IBS safe, can you still drink them? sure, but be prepared for yuckiness. I am soon starting up on them again. 1 per day. Unfortunately the store where I bought soy yogurt no longer carries it. I should be able to get a case at the store where I work and freeze it. I think the soy yogurt makes them creamier and I like the cultures. If the shakes bother you maybe you could try 1 eating egg whites or 2 blending nuts into the shake instead of powder. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas.
