OK...well if I assume that drinking protein shakes is making me more C and B...then how do I get enough protein?
I need at least 175 grams per day (as I weigh 175 and you need at least 1 gram to grow muscle).

I can get 50 at lunch and dinner with whole foods.
How do I get the rest?
I need some source of protein at breakfast (can't do egg beaters that often)....so what do I do?

This is where I feel like SCREAMING!!!!
It's like the IBS constricts me so much...I need 175 grams of protein..yet doing so has caused issues.

I am hoping Pea Protein will help over Egg Protein.
I am going to need 2-4 drinks a day to get my protein unless you know another way to 175, since I can't drink Soy Milk or have PB.

Seriously...what do I have at breakfast (if I can't have a shake)...or as my last meal of the day (if I can't have a shake)...to get my protein?
You need to have 1 gram of protein per pound spread throughout the day...and since I can't have milk/PB/cheese/nuts...those shakes allow me to do so.

Now what do I do...or is this just impossible?
