cold medicine and ibs       01/06/10 01:25 AM Edit Reply Quote annabella Reged: 09/03/09 Posts: 1 Hi, I suffer with IBS quite bad in the sense that I have a lot of food restrictions. I suffer with colds very often. Due to the caffeine in most cold medicines I can't take them. I was hoping maybe someone could suggest something that is "safe" but effective.
