Trader Joe's Banana Bread       01/01/10 07:08 AM Edit Reply Quote Allisonmary Reged: 01/03/04 Posts: 533 THis looks safe except maybe for the wheat bran which is the second to last ingredient. Since it is so low down on the list, does that mean that it is low in insoluble fiber and should be ok, or is wheat bran in itself an actual trigger no matter what the percentage??
