I have been trying to figure out what you could use....you can actually insert probiotics directly...maybe I'll try that...now that I know to use a tampon to insert it! The sugar is also a prob cause I may be a hypoglycemic. Since I know suagr doesn't make me feel good in general...it's prob. not a bad idea to cut it out as much as possible. I hope to get to the point where I get my sugar from fruit and most of what I eat is non-processed food...with the occasional honey stick for a special treat! Even that would do me in right now it seems... Thanks for all your help! I really appreciate it!
