Ibs cooking mistakes I realized/food questions

went shopping and made tacos..well realized jennio turkey hamburgerhas1 170 calories and 120 from fat! Now wat is something I can find at wal mart or a grocery store that is turkey hamburger and less than 25% of my meat from fat?!
what ground,NON redmeat do u use for recipes,less than 25% calories from the fat in the meat? If more than 25% cal. fromfat is not allowed to follow the ibs diet,why are people eating soy cheese,and soy sour creme if the percentage of fat from calories is over $25?
I should have known something that tasted good and kept me from craving red meat and tacos/nacos so bad wasn't ibs safe. I guess people raving about jennio turkey products,and all the recipes that call for soy sour creme or soy cheese,fooled me. SInce I read jennio rool had %50 percent less fat than red meat,and that lots of people were eating jennio turkey hamburger,I didn't think twice about it.
made heather's guacamole recipe from her cookboox and realized after I put lemon juice in it,it was supposed to be lime!
oh and non dairy semi sweet chocolate chips,such as ghiradeli all natural brand I like, has 70 calories and 40% from fat!
I was so happy to find the only place in this town with soy cheese and sour creme,a mild yellow cheese called soya kass and toffuti sour creme. looks like the fat content percent from calories is too high and that there is casein and non dairy lactic acid,which is NOT safe right?
