My GI doc said it was so rare to have trouble with it, but I really think I did. I had cramping and discomfort all the time. I was able to have a BM, but it never felt right to me. I recently started taking a combo of benefiber, 2 colace and an align at night and this has helped me... My doc did tell me that if I got C as bad as I was before she wanted me to do miralax again, but I'm hoping I won't have to. -------------------- IBS-A Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
