There is a small amount in banana but nothing compared to the amount in chicory and other veggies. Here are some average amounts of inulin per 100 gram of product

Bananas 0.5 grams
Barely 0.8 grams
Wheat bran 2.5 grams
Onions 4.3 grams
Leeks 6.5 grams
Garlic 12.5 grams
Jerusalem artichoke 18.0 grams
Chicory 41.6 grams

Bananas are fine for most people and definitely don't cause the same problems that things with high inulin cause. The reference below has some information on the amount of inulin in a variety of foods.

It really ashame that they put inulin in probiotics and a variety of other foods.
