Inulin is found in chicory, Jerusalem artichokes, onion and garlic amongst other things. Inulin is problematic for some IBSers. However I am not sure that any inulin will be extracted from the tea bag into the tea when it steeps. I suspect it won't be and therefore it should be okay.
