help need some advice about calming a flare up       09/02/09 04:21 AM Edit Reply Quote amelia12 Reged: 07/14/09 Posts: 4 I went vegan to help my symptoms and it worked took away all pain, but i slipped up this weekend had a meal at a friends . how can i calm my tummy i have been back to vegan eating since sunday but still in pain, my various anti spasmodics dont help, the dr just gave be another one this morning and is refering me for a scan. is there anything i can do just now to ease my pain or do i just have to wait this out?
