Good idea to buy alkaline acidity test?       08/31/09 03:12 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered Since I've gotten ibs..my whole body has been so off balance and I feel so nasty everyday..between never going without trapped gas and feeling uncomfortable to laying down and pushing on trapped gas and having a bunch of nasty acid come into my mouth..and last night I like puked some nasty acid,it was so disgusting..take a look at this http://www.energiseforlife.com/list_of_alkaline_foods.php should I get this and try to balance my diet more,of course being ibs safe..I mean I even feel my,Idk like sides and lower stomach feel kinda burning or acidic?
