It doesn't mean you have to be breaking the for minute mile to get to the bathroom or have very loose Bm or even find it easy to pass. I really think you need to go back to basics. What were your symptoms pre diet change? Have you been properly diagnosed with IBS? How much SD do yo take a day and what else do you eat?
