Feeling tired after you eat indicates some sort of digestive problem. Leaky gut syndrome which results in malabsorption and nutrient deficiences is very common. However, you may have food sensitivities or allergies. I would also see your physician to check your thyroid function. If you have been under high amounts of stress or are not getting enough sleep your adrenals may be fatigued. I would suggest seeing a naturopatic physician or nutritionist about this. A guessing game could end up being longer than you might expect. Go here to find a reputable ND www.naturopathic.org.
