vitamins       06/04/09 11:41 AM Edit Reply Quote Dinogoof Reged: 06/04/09 Posts: 1 I was taking pre-natal vitamins but came to realize that they were actually flaring my IBS. (I was just finally diagnosed with IBS Constipation after two years). I need to get back on pre-natal vitamins but I am not sure what is out there that wont affect my stomach. Any suggestions?
