The dried garlic and onion would give me problems - primarily gas and pain. I tend not to use store bought sauces. It is quite easy to make a homemade BBQ sauce that will last in the fridge for a considerable amount of time. It is the only way that I can contral exactly what the sauce contains.

Were the roasted tomatotes peeled? Tomatoe peels give me problems. I use pure tomatoe paste in sauces with no problems.
