VSL#3 - how long to wait before consuming hot food/drinks?       05/16/09 07:38 AM Edit Reply Quote renee21 Reged: 06/02/05 Posts: 486 Loc: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hi, I just started taking VSL#3. You are supposed to drink it dissolved in something cold, so as to preserve the probiotics. So I'm wondering how long before or after taking it should I be consuming hot/warm foods. Since all my meals & drinks are taken warm, I don't want to diminish the benefits of the VSL#3. Anyone know? -------------------- IBS-C, lots of spasm and trapped gas.
