It's been a looooong time since I have posted anything here, but I am guessing I am getting "signs" that I need to return, cuz my IBS is KICKIN lately. Whew! Had a bowl of oatmeal this morning. Made it with plain old water, to be safe...HA! Thought I was gonna pass out from the pain!! Anyone else have this reaction to oats?
