Plant Sterols       04/23/09 10:26 PM Edit Reply Quote Grumpybutt Reged: 06/17/08 Posts: 4 Have been advised to take Plant Sterols (Benecol Chews) for natural cholesterol lowering. Was wondering if anyone has taken this or any similar products and how it affected their IBS? Thx to Heather's diet info, her peppermint tea and to the GREAT hypnotherapy CD's...I am able to take fish oils, calcium and magnesium without any problems.
