fish substitution       04/09/09 07:58 PM Edit Reply Quote mouse7r Reged: 04/09/09 Posts: 1 I just got through reading Heathers great book 'Eating for IBS' and I saw some great fish recipes. I am however a vegetarian, and dont eat any meat, chicken or fish. I was hoping someone could suggest a good substitute for the fish, something that will be nutritionally adequate. I was thinking of tofu, but I wasnt sure if that was equal in nutritional value. Thank you Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
