Longer than that and it's so bitter I can't drink it. You can also get a green tea chai - Oregon brand makes one, and it's at health food stores or grocery stores. It's a liquid packed in a box like soy milk, that you just add hot soy or rice milk to. They make a decaf black tea chai as well.
