ensure for ibs????       04/06/09 01:14 PM Edit Reply Quote raerae44 Reged: 04/06/09 Posts: 2 anyone know of a good supplemental drink that is tolerable for us ibs sufferers - i have been experiencing a lot of anxiety lately and my appetite is pretty much gone - i have been living off of saltines, bananas, and pasta with a little bit of chicken for the past few days - today my therapist suggested taking ensure to help maintain my weight and add some nutrition - but i know it has dairy in it so wasnt sure it would be a good option - does anyone know if something else along those lines that is tolerable for ibs sufferers?????? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated - thanks so much Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
