I have had IBS and Lactose Intolerance for many years and I have just come across an article from the peoplespharmacy.com that is truly amazing. It mentions that Archway Coconut Macaroon cookies have helped a great many people that have diarrhea by eating TWO cookies a day. Archway has gone out of business, but Crown Candy Corporation in GA has coconut macaroons or you can make some homemade ones yourself. I tried this and believe me it works. I hope that this will work for you too.
