Re: Colestipol or Cholystermine       03/26/09 08:18 AM Edit Reply Quote mrae Reged: 02/05/09 Posts: 481 Loc: California I am seriously thinking about taking Cholystermine again but cutting it down from 2 packets of 4gr a day to just one packet for awhile and see if that will help keep the gas away and then maybe in a month or so upping it to the 2 packets. I would take Questran but my ins doesn't cover name brand so its around 100.00 or so and the Cholystermine is only 10.00. The pills are just not as strong I don't think.
