i saw my GI doctor to day got test results back all clear said need to have movicol 2 a day and use hypnotherapy Cd's watch diet no wheat 3 active a day told him how down i was and has gave me pills called noramitriptyline what now what can i do i was just getting use to this doctor and leaving but at least professor whorwell meet me and has took me on am cry now been crying all day in hospital i just want to be well and this bloating to stop the doter said it would take a really look time but soon i will get there and am sorry i just need ideas for foods no fructose or wheat and
he also said be careful on all veg all even carrots
