Good that you are getting off that coffee! I drank coffee for 40 years and Heather got me off it just 2-1/2 weeks ago -- now I feel SOOOOO much better! AND I haven't had an attack since! How 'bout THAT?!? I was just drinking decaf mostly -- like you -- but there are enzymes in the decaf -- ya gotta just stop drinking it! Have you tried Constant Comment tea? It has caffeine in it, so it might help you through the "withdrawals" (although mine were minimal). Constant Comment isn't a green tea. It's very sweet, very flavorful -- you don't need any sweetener in it. If you really like the taste of fennel, GO FOR IT! I have to have fennel, but I hate the taste, so I had to find a tea that drowned out the flavor of the fennel. I dissolve my acacia fiber in boiling water, then add my fennel-peppermint tea bag and some sugar -- first thing in the morning when I rise -- and again before I go to bed. Hope this helps.
