Breakfast is generally cornflakes, rice milk and fruit; morning tea is banana and muesli bar; lunch is leftovers from dinner or a couple of sandwiches. I'm also trying to lose weight at the moment, so I'm hoping to have enough nutrients without increasing the amount of food I eat, and still manage to not be hungry most of the time. It seems there is a very fine line somewhere that I haven't managed to find yet.
