Thanks Little Minnie! I think I get enough fat, but I'll look into that. I am working on the insoluble thing already. Tonight I had haddock, baked potato and a small serving of peas. I felt a little bloated, but that happened at lunch too and I didn't have any insoluble fiber with that. So far no BM today, but that's not abnormal for me either. I'm sure it will be a bit before I see a difference, but at least I am getting some good nutrients.
