Ways to Sneak in IF

As Little Minnie pointed out (thanks!) I really need to add some IF to my diet. I recently decided that Almond butter makes me bloated- do you think adding a few almonds to my yogurt at lunch would be a bad idea then?
I am going to add some peas to my dinner routine. I already add rasberries or blueberries to my oatmeal in the am. What are some other ways you sneak in insoluble fiber?

Also, what are some low calorie soluble fibers you eat? I am trying to lose a few pounds and although I am not at ALL against bread, rice etc (I know how great it is for my stomach)...I don't want to have to eat them all the time
