Antibiotics will wipe out all your good bacteria, as well, allowing yeast to proliferate. I personally believe they are helpful even when antibiotics are not a factor. I use Nature's Way Primadophilus Reuteri. I think probiotics can be a personal thing. I have tried others and did not have good results; they actually aggravated my symptoms.
