The foods you are eating are high starch/processed high carbs. Maybe that is part of the problem...dunno. Could you have developed a sensitivity to yeast or gluten? I did after my first pregnancy, and still cannot tolerate too much yeast.
So, if those foods are bothering you now, have you tried reducing/eliminating them to see if that makes a difference? How about taking probiotics? With changes in your hormones, you may have a yeast imbalance. If so, eating high starch/yeasty foods is definitely feeding the yeast, potentially causing IBS symptoms. Again, just a thought.
