I get mine via rice, berries in smoothies and porridge. I also make hummas with roasted red peppers. A little melon after dinner will probably help as well. It could also be that you'll never find a reason for the attack horrible as it was. So please don't beat yourself up about it. Please try and focus on all you've done for your daughter.
