Good Morning all,

Has anyone found that they have had to increase their Acacia dosage as time goes by? I started with 1/2 teaspoon in the evening which worked wonders for the D, but now I seem to have flipped back to C. I increased the evening doseage just the other night, and managed to have a normal stool the next day.

I just wondered if you have to start using more and more, or do most stabilize at a specific dose and stay there.
