I'm definitely a responsible drinker, but I definitely wouldn't mind taking the alcohol aspect out and just ingesting whatever it is in the beer that's making me digest food so much better. I hate having to stay at home just so I can have a beer and not worry about the dangers of driving after drinking. I'm definitely going to be looking into the information in the link you provided.
