Quick Ginger Carrot Soup Ginger Butternut Lentil Soup The Ginger Butternut Lentil Soup is one of my all-time favorites; I know you have a hard time with beans, but lentils are probably the easiest beans to digest, plus they're all blended so they're WAY easier on the tummy. DH and I are actually having this one for dinner tonight! I like to double the recipe when I make it and then freeze half of it for another night. Good luck!
