Thanks ladies.. I really needed to know that for quick breads and recipies that require a crust that really helps..

You should all try label says "le petit Fancais BAUGETTES from France..
They are in your Grocers freezer(PUBLIX Is my store) by the frozen French breads etc.. You get 2 in a pack or you can get the mini baguettes.
Pop in the oven and its like a FRESH LOAF from the bakery.. FREEZER TO TABLE IN 10 min.. Plus they are all natural.. FAT FREE.. SUGAR FREE.. AND NO CHOLESTEROL!! I found this find a bout a month ago and always make sure I get some when Im at the store..
