Colon and stomach motility are two separate issues, so it's hard to advise you without knowing where the problem is.
If you feel that food is not emptying your stomach properly, you may have delayed gastric emptying, in which case you might benefit from domperidone.
On the other hand, since the colon is shaped like an upside-down U that runs up the right side, along the abdomen and down the left side, you might be suffering from constipation in your colon. In which case, fiber may help but it's not always enough, so other supplements - i.e. magnesium, triphala - or medication may be needed to help things move. Natural Calm is a magnesium supplement that many people with constipation find helpful. And certainly make sure you are gettting enough IF with your SF. Also remember to drink lots of fluids when taking a fiber supplement.
Good luck!
